Mammoth crowd availed at Atta Royal Palace and their Community Primary School on Friday, for the investiture of “Ada-Ugo Ndi Atta'” on the Golden Deputy Shepherd Mother-General of Living Christ Mission Inc, Her Grace and Great Eminence, Distinguished (Ambassador) Princess Samuel Divine-Gift Onyinyeomachukwu (MON). The Ancient Honour was in commendation for her charity act in building and donating Ultra-Modern Toilets and Borehole Facility to Ogada Community Primary School, alongside other charitable services to the community at large.

The epoch event with different dignitaries across all works and crannies of Nigeria Society, including the Ambassador at Large and Head of Diplomatic Mission to the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) Nigeria, H.E. Ambassador (Dr.) Duru Hezekiah, Speaker of Pan African Youth Parliament; Ambassador Sixtus Obinna Nwoke, and others, addressed the battle of absenteeism from school as pupils do not have access to tolerable facilities to answer the call of nature.

According to SunViewNews, general responses from the people of the community averred that the toilets with water and power supply built and donated by Her Eminence Princess Divine-Gift Onyinyeomachukwu can now help their children to attend school without the fear of returning homes to ease themselves or being at the risk of contracting diseases due to contaminated environment from defecation.

In recognition, HRH Eze Geoffrey Anika (KSC) maintained that the ancient culture of Atta Ancient Kingdom authorizes a Special Honour on Her Grace, Princess Samuel Divine-Gift Onyinyeomachukwu as the ‘Ada-Ugo Ndi Atta’, which has this day unsolicitedly vested on her. “It is our way of expressing our heartfelt gratitude and encouraging others to emulate such community development strides”, His Royal Highness noted.

While responding to newsmen, HRH Eze Geoffrey Anika; the Traditional Leader, and Eze- Umunawuike II of Atta Ancient Kingdom decried that the absence of toilet facilities in the school poses serious public health concerns as well as interfering with school attendance because pupils, especially girls, tend to return home to ease themselves during classes, with a high probability of not returning in most cases. Contrary to the former, God had used Princess Samuel Divine-Gift Onyinyeomachukwu MON, to change this ordeal for our good, now, and forever”, he hinted.
